When you return an item to Golf Apparel Shop using our prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.

However, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund of this fee. If your return is due to damages, receiving the wrong product, or if you are reordering due to sizing issues, we are happy to refund the return shipping fee. Simply send an email to [email protected] explaining the situation, and we’ll take care of it for you.
