What should I do if I think my Points Balance is incorrect?

Can I earn points for purchases made prior to joining the loyalty program?

Only transactions completed after you have joined the program are eligible for points.

Do my rewards points expire?

Yes, your points balance will expire 6 months from the date of your last purchase. But, that’s only if you don’t make a single qualifying purchase in that time period.

What happens if I return something after earning points?

If you earned points for a purchase and then return any merchandise from that transaction, we will deduct the number of points earned for that item from your point balance. It’s all automatic. You won’t have to do a thing.
